• If you email us: your email address, any name you provide, the message, attachments and technical delivery information.
• When you visit the website: an IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps and security signals may be processed to deliver and protect the site.
• This website currently has no account system, contact form, newsletter or advertising analytics.

Cloudflare may process technical data for DNS, website delivery, security and email routing. Proton processes messages delivered to the Ruckola mailbox. These providers act under their own terms and applicable data-processing arrangements.

A provider may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where an international transfer applies, the provider is expected to use a transfer mechanism and safeguards permitted by data-protection law. Data is otherwise shared only when necessary for professional advice, an agreement or a legal obligation.

Personal data is kept only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected. Correspondence is retained until the request is handled and reasonable follow-up is complete, and longer only where an administrative duty, legal claim or dispute requires it. Technical and security logs follow the relevant provider settings and are kept only as long as operationally necessary.

Ruckola does not currently use analytics, advertising or profiling cookies, and does not place cookies that require consent. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary cookies or similar security mechanisms when a protective feature needs them. For this reason, the current website does not show a cookie consent banner.

If non-essential cookies or analytics are introduced later, this statement and the consent mechanism will be updated before they are activated.

Depending on the situation, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict its use, object to processing, or receive data in a portable form. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Email contact@ruckola.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity without collecting more data than necessary.

Ruckola does not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
